I have to say, great google reviews could be a hit or miss sometimes. Not this time! Here, I am amazed why Alex only got 4.6 stars. I retained his services after calling a number of boat repair and boat survey companies. From the get go, Alex went above and beyond. He quickly turned into an advisor and friend who had my best interest at heart. He advised me against buying a boat that I really wanted. During Sea Trial, he knew how to put the engine to test. At sea, the engine gave in. He saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Next, he took it upon himself to find me a great boat at an amazing price. A boat much better suited for me. Once I had the boat, I was lost because I did not have a slip. No worries. Alex came to the rescue again. He called around and found me a great deal for that too. I am blessed to have met him and consider him a friend now. You'd be amiss not to use him if you are looking for a trustworthy, good-hearted, and extremely knowledge boat mechanic. Absolutely the best! Deserves more than 5 stars.

I called Alex from Johnson Mobile Marine Mechanic because I was having issues with my boat. He came out to my location and was able to quickly and professionally diagnose the problem. It turned out the coil that sits on the back of the engine was badly corroded. He ordered the parts and we went and picked them up. My boat was fixed in just 3 hours. I would highly recommend Alex's services the man knows his stuff!

I own a 2013 Monterey 280 (Volvo Pena) So I Called Alex at Jhonson Marine he came out to my boat diagnose the problem ( bad fuel pump) and within no time at all he came back installed all the parts necessary. We took it for a sea trail and now the boat is perfect. Out of all the marine mechanics I’ve used in Miami Alex is by far the best and most experienced. I will definitely be Calling him back in the future if I ever have another problem with my boat.

Alex did a pre purchase inspection on the twin 200xca Yamaha outboards on a Cape Horn 27 I was interested in. He was on time and provided all of the information I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase. Alex did a great job of communicating throughout the process. Alex had all of the required tools and equipment to complete the job and explained everything as he was doing it. Alex was part of the sea trial to make sure the motors operated as they should. Alex was a true professional. On time, recognized my impeller problem and promptly fixed it. Thoroughly evaluated the engine. We took the boat for a sea trial and it ran perfectly I was happy with the service

After many attempts by different mechanics i came across Alex from Johnson Marine. My boat is 1998 Four Winns 200 Horizon with an OMC 5.8 Ford engine which to make matters worse is fuel injected. Other previous mechanics tried and failed to fix my engine but Alex was the one that actually made it work as it should. Alex has the knowledge of old and new boats, he is affordable and reliable. Will keep using Johnson Marine for all my boat needs.
